Take a look at a selection of my recent projects.Crafted with care and designed to make an impact, each one of my works tells a story of creativity, collaboration, and results.
This piece was an editorial mockup for a scientific journal of our choosing, to accompany a published scientific article. The article I chose was a study on the discovered photoluminescence of six species of bats in North America. The article went into detail on how the wings, hind limbs, and membranous connection between the hind limbs and tail emit a green photoluminescence after exposure to UV light. This piece was developed using Photoshop and Illustrator.
This piece was created as part of the comprehensive exams administered to us in the program. The purpose of this piece was to illustrate notable anatomical features that can present complications during TMJ surgery. This piece was developed using Photoshop and Illustrator.
This is a portion of a prompt given to me during the comprehensive exam the graduate program administers. This piece was created as a figure to be displayed within a scientific journal, accompanying an article discussing nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and their role in Alzheimer’s Disease. The purpose of this figure was to compare and contrast healthy nAChR activation to the affected nAChRs present in individuals with AD. This piece was developed using Adobe Illustrator.
This purpose of this piece was to depict the MOA of the novel FDA approved drug, Amphotericin B. The version of the drug depicted here is unique in that it is delivered to the infected cell via an encochleated nanocrystal, which is different from preceding versions. This piece was developed using Cinema4D, Protein Data Bank, Protein Imager, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
