This purpose of this piece was to illustrate the anatomy of hearing, as part of an assignment focused on facial-cervical anatomy. This illustration focuses on depicting the anatomy of the inner and external ear, using techniques taught to us by Michele Graham that highlight the importance of linework and painting in portraiture. This piece was developed using Photoshop and Illustrator.

This is an infographic piece that focuses on the unique anatomical features of the Chinese water deer while using a local whitetail deer as a comparison, giving lay audiences a more well-known, familiar species by which to contextualize the differences between the two types of deer.
